Dear Journal, 7th of Nariza, 795 AC
This day has been full of activity! We ate a hearty breakfast meal at Tobias’ cart but there was an issue. Other people wanted his delicious cooking as well and I think he gave us most of the food. So, what he was able to provide was not his best. I wish to help him in some way, as a thank you for all he has done while we have traveled together. The people were not happy with his food and word may have begun to spread. If we do something, it should be soon. We packed up to prepare for the battles of the tournament ahead and went in search of the registration area. It took V a while but he found it and we managed to register on time.
We spent the rest of the morning shopping and exploring. Bricky was able to make new boots for Bogbean. She desperately needed new shoes. He old ones were so threadbare and clearly stolen as she traveled. They were mismatched and she didn’t even have traditional socks, she just wrapped her poor feet in rags. I don’t even want to discuss the state of her feet! I hope the new shoes help her When evening fell the fighting matches began for the festival. We joined the fights. I didn’t really want to but everyone seemed so adamant, I couldn’t help but be caught up in the excitement. I hope I don’t let the team down.
