This second of the shard sizes is the best of both worlds offering power and control, but in Extrayus there can always be consequences to the use of magic. The medium shard is power crystalized into a more solid state, coalescing all that power within itself. I used a light grey to contrast against the darkness of the cosmic power, with highlights of a bright purple to compliment the power inside the crystal structure.
